| Dr. Susanne Grimm specialises in trademark, design and unfair competition law. She advises in the judicial and extra-judicial enforcement of their rights and supports clients in contract drafting. She also takes care of brand portfolios of national and internationals clients and represents trademark matters before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), the Office of Harmonization for the Internal Market (OHIM) and the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO). Furthermore, in criminal proceedings in cases of product piracy, she advises on the activities on the investigating authorities. | |
