BETTEN & RESCH's premises are located in the center of Munich within walking distance of both the German and the European Patent Offices. Our five patent attorneys are registered to practice before the European Patent Office, the German Patent and Trademark Office, the European Community Trademark Office, the German Federal Patent Court, and the German Federal Supreme Court. They are supported by a European trademark and design attorney and a staff of about 20 highly qualified employees including paralegals and translators for English, French, Italian, Spanish and Japanese, as well as several free-lance patent attorneys.
We work together with lawyers at the main patent and trademark litigation courts in Germany, at the Court of First Instance and at the European Court of Justice. Through continuous international cooperation BETTEN & RESCH has established a close network with IP firms in many countries all over the world to the benefit of domestic as well as foreign clients.
