| Main activities: |

| As German and European patent attorney Alexander Esslinger is drafting and prosecuting patent applications for his clients before the German and European patent office as well as defending or attacking patents in oppositions. His main technical areas are semiconductor technology, computer software, electronics, telecommunications, medical appliances, optics, and nanotechnology. Increasingly, patent litigation including opinion work has become an even more important part of his practice. He has now over ten years of experience in patent litigation before the Federal patent court in Munich as well as the patent infringement courts in Duesseldorf, Mannheim and Munich, including participation in several multiple jurisdiction patent disputes. |
